Hi Everyone, A couple weeks ago I had to relocate from Anderson, S.C. to Greenville, S.C. for a new job position. Needless to say I had to look at a bunch of townhomes in the area but most of them did not look like the pictures that they presented or they were not well maintained. So I decided to take a look at FairForest CreekSide, Greenville, S.C. and I was greeted by Ashley who was absolutely delight to work with. She answered all my questions and showed me the unit that I was potentially interested in. The following day I met Nicholis and was also welcomed with incredible enthusiasm. I look at the unit that I was interested in one more time and I decided to take the leap. These townhomes are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained it blew me away. Equally important was the property was also professionally maintained. I met Seth who is the person in charge of maintaining the property and townhomes and he was very accommodating and extremely professional as well. This property is amazing and I love the floor plans. My focus was getting the most "bang for my buck", the most square footage for the dollar, and this property delivers on that. In the end, I decided that a 3 bedroom was more than I needed for just me. However, I was very impressed with this property, what it had for the money and I absolutely loved dealing with Ashley! She is super responsive, very friendly and answers every question. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Maybe it will be where I end up. My experience was a good one. If you are thinking about a place that is close enough to the city but not in the city and gives you a bigger place, with a lot of space, then this property is a great choice.
